“Wear your work ethic.

Athlete

I’ve been involved in athletics (football & track namely) my entire life. However, a few years after graduating from college, I began traveling for work while completing my MBA and got really out of shape! I began competing in Men’s Physique in 2012 which helped me get back on track with fitness and learn how to properly diet/train. After many attempts, I finally earned my IFBB Pro Card in 2017. The journey has completely transformed my body and life. I was fortunate enough to become part of the Alpha Territory Pack and continue to work on surrounding myself with positive, like-minded individuals!

Why I am part of ALPHA Territory

I love being part of the Alpha Territory! From the leadership down to the competitors and fellow models, we have a strong dedication to fitness and positivity! I’m truly blessed to be part of the pack and am excited to see the brand/community continue to grow!

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of diet do you follow?

I’ve learned a lot about dieting through my 8 years of competing. Although I’ve tried multiple variations, a balanced diet of carbs, protein, and healthy fats has worked best for getting (and staying) in condition. I will introduce carb-cycling when approaching a competition to drop the last bit of fat, but for the most part follow 40/40/20 carb, protein, fat mix.

How long have you been training?

I’ve been weight training since I was 14 years old – but learned the art and science through the last 8 years competing. Learning the power of mind muscle connection and how to recover properly has been game changing.

How much cardio do you do?

Cardio varies on the time of year and competition prep. People often forget that “cardio” is short for Cardiovascular, it’s not a dieting tool. Metabolism is everything and the key to long term success. I primarily do HIIT cardio and rarely do more than 25 minutes at a time.
